Chapel at the Park has two new catering rooms both located with lots of free parking at the Gatlinburg Wedding Center. The Dogwood Rooms seats up to seventy guests and features a beautiful entry chandelier exquisite lighting and even an arbor area for your guests to take pictures of friends and relatives during your reception. We offer both one and two hour options and you can even add a dance floor to your package if you like.
The Pine View Rooms seat up to 40 guests and is beautifully appointed with features that make you feel you are in a mountain setting. Rich greens and wedding whites have a wonderful reception feel.
Both rooms offer linen table clothes, skirted buffet and Brides tables, our standard silk floral decorations on each table, covered chairs, a host, and a private entry. We use silver service, and have a beautiful punch fountain. There are silver candelabras on the buffet and Bride & Grooms table. We can order specialty silk or fresh flower arrangements or please feel free to bring your own.

Because of limited facilities, you must purchase a Smoky Mountain Dream Wedding or larger wedding package to qualify for these buffets. Your buffet reception will include a choice of two hot entrees, three salads, three side dishes, rolls, coffee and wedding punch. You may choose from the menus below.

These finger food packages can be purchased with a Fantasy Wedding or larger on Saturdays, or a package "C" wedding, or larger on weekdays. Packages include a hostess, and of course linens and decorations on each table. You may choose to add chair covers and bows for an additional $50.

Deluxe Hors D'oeuvres: This ONE hour reception package includes: A vegetable tray with dip, Nuts, mints, wedding punch fountain, coffee, assorted hot teas, AND any three more trays of the following Hors D'oeuvres', a hostess and of course linen and decorations on each table.

Simplicity Package: This ONE hour package is for those who simply want a place to meet with their guests after the wedding and do not want the expense of a full reception. This simple reception includes Nuts, mints, wedding punch fountain, coffee, assorted hot teas, a hostess and our table cloths and decorations on each table.

If your package does not come with a cake large enough to serve your wedding party you must purchase your cake from us. Ask your coordinator for details & requirements for these smaller reception packages. You may be able to add an additional hour for a fee. You may also have the chairs dressed with your color bow and chair covers for a one time set-up fee of $50.00

All receptions include linen table cloths, skirted head table for the Bride and Groom, Silver serving trays, Silver coffee and hot water urns, and wait staff.
